The successful candidate can expect to be working alongside staff at all levels to help deliver client outcomes, with exposure to live transactions under various coverage areas including infrastructure, transport and utilities, renewable energy, mining and metals and government sectors.

The Women in Banking Scholarship and Winter Internship will provide its recipient with:
- A scholarship grant of $5,000 paid upon completion of their studies for the 2024 year, a Winter Internship during the 2024 mid-year break and a guaranteed spot in the ICA Summer Intern Program for 2024/25.
- If the candidate receives an offer at the end of the Summer Intern Program to join the ICA Partners Graduate Program for 2026, the candidate will receive a further $5,000 upon their commencement of employment with ICA as a Graduate.
